- 1 lb beef sirloin, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine beef, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Customize vegetables based on your preference.
