- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tilapia fillet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
