Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Add chicken strips to the marinade and coat well.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  6. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
