- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, shredded coconut, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each shrimp in beaten eggs, then coat with the coconut mixture.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
