Description
Quick and easy falafel patties made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, flour, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until a coarse mixture forms.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Brush each patty with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Serve with tahini or yogurt sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
