Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  8. Squeeze lime juice on top before serving.
