Description

Quick and easy meatball subs made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While meatballs cook, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Once meatballs are done, place them in sub rolls.
  8. Spoon marinara sauce over meatballs.
  9. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
