- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pork medallions in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Place the medallions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the medallions.
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork for a few hours before cooking.
