Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
