Quick and easy salmon patties made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
