Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately.
