Quick and easy shrimp tacos made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
