Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tofu piece into the soy sauce mixture, then coat with cornstarch, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated tofu nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
