Description

Quick and easy turkey burgers made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Your choice of toppings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  8. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
