Quick and easy turkey burgers made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Your choice of toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.

- Adjust cooking time based on patty thickness.
- Use lean turkey for better results.
- Serve with your favorite condiments.
