Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
