Description

Quick and easy veggie egg rolls made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the veggie mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper, sealing the edges with water.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

  • Store leftover egg rolls in the refrigerator.
