Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
