Description

Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into fries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- For extra crunch, spray fries lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
