Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tuna steaks.
  5. Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
