Description
A simple recipe for preparing ahi tuna steak in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tuna steaks.
- Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thicker steaks.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
- Can be marinated for additional flavor.
