Description

A simple recipe for crunchy almond biscotti made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in chopped almonds.
  5. Shape the dough into logs and place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the logs into biscotti pieces.
  9. Return the biscotti to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes for extra crunch.
