Crispy air fryer apple pie taquitos filled with sweet apple filling.
Ingredients

- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Take a tortilla and place 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
