Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the avocados into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each avocado wedge in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately.
