- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut avocados into wedges.
- In one bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each avocado wedge in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and serve immediately.
