Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Tenders: 500 grams (about 1 lb)
- 🥓 Bacon: 250 grams (about 9 oz, usually around 10-12 slices)
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, overlapping slightly, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F). Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Thick-cut bacon is recommended for better texture.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Flipping the tenders halfway through cooking ensures even crispiness.
