Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  5. Shape each part into a bagel form, making a hole in the center.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
  7. Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
