Easy air fryer bagels made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts.
- Shape each part into a bagel form, making a hole in the center.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These bagels can be frozen for later use.
- Experiment with different flavors by adding herbs or spices to the dough.
