A simple and tasty recipe for chicken fillets cooked in an air fryer with a balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust marinating time for more flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (165°F).
