- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets in the balsamic mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
