Description
Delicious and moist banana bread muffins made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just incorporated.
- Line muffin cups with paper liners and fill each cup with batter.
- Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool before serving.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
