Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Gradually add flour and mix until just incorporated.
  7. Line muffin cups with paper liners and fill each cup with batter.
  8. Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let muffins cool before serving.
