- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
- Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; stir well.
- Mix in sugar and egg until combined.
- Add flour and stir until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
