Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  4. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko.
  6. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  9. Serve shrimp with the sauce on the side.
