Description
Crispy air fryer bang bang shrimp with a spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Serve shrimp with the sauce on the side.

- Adjust spice level by modifying sriracha amount.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
