Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. Brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs halfway through cooking.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
