Ingredients

- 2 medium beets, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the beets thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil and salt.
- Arrange the beet slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and golden.
