Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place beignet squares in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
