A quick and easy dessert made in an air fryer with blueberries and a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Layer the blueberries in the air fryer basket.
- Spread the crumble mixture over the blueberries.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust sugar based on blueberry sweetness.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
