Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
  7. Cook in air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Check doneness with a toothpick.
