Description

Crispy and juicy air fryer boneless skinless fried chicken thighs.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
