Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, double dip in buttermilk and flour.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
