Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each mushroom slice in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the mushrooms lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Remove and serve hot.
