Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each mushroom slice in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the mushrooms lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
