- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add cheese, cooked meat, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Place the burritos seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
