Description

A quick and easy air fryer breakfast sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place one slice of bread in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the egg in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture onto the bread in the air fryer.
  5. Add the cheese and bacon on top of the egg.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bread is golden and the egg is set.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
