A quick and easy air fryer breakfast sandwich.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place one slice of bread in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the egg in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the bread in the air fryer.
- Add the cheese and bacon on top of the egg.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bread is golden and the egg is set.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
