Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh broccoli florets under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and set the timer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness after 8 minutes; the florets should be tender and have a lovely char. If needed, cook for an additional minute or two.
