Description
A quick and easy recipe for delicious air fryer brownies that are rich, fudgy, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 🥣 All-purpose flour – 1/2 cup (65 g)
- 🍫 Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup (40 g)
- 🍬 Granulated sugar – 1 cup (200 g)
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup (113 g), melted
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- 🥄 Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Line an air fryer-safe baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes.
- Check for doneness using a toothpick; if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, the brownies are done.
Notes
- Let the brownies cool before cutting for cleaner squares.
- Experiment with toppings like ice cream, chocolate sauce, or fresh berries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
