Ingredients
- 🥦 Brussels sprouts – 500 grams (about 1 pound), trimmed and halved
- 🛢️ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🌶️ Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🍇 Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting them in half.
- Season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Cook longer if necessary.
Notes
- Choose fresh, firm Brussels sprouts that are bright green.
- Smaller sprouts may require less cooking time than larger ones.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
