Ingredients

  • 🥦 Brussels sprouts – 500 grams (about 1 pound), trimmed and halved
  • 🛢️ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • 🌶️ Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • 🍇 Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting them in half.
  2. Season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
