Description

Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts cooked with bacon or olive oil for a delicious side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using bacon, cook it in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil (if not using bacon), salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the cooked bacon if using.
  5. Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the size of the Brussels sprouts.
  • For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese before serving.
