Description
Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts cooked with bacon or olive oil for a delicious side dish.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- If using bacon, cook it in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil (if not using bacon), salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked bacon if using.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the Brussels sprouts.
- For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese before serving.
