Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the florets from the air fryer.
- Drizzle buffalo sauce over the bites and toss to coat.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
