Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once golden and crispy, remove the florets from the air fryer.
  7. Drizzle buffalo sauce over the bites and toss to coat.
  8. Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
