Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo tofu bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the tofu cubes to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
