Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
