Ingredients

- 4 pieces of chicken (legs or thighs)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken in buttermilk and flour.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
