Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks and serve.

- You can add balsamic glaze before serving for extra flavor.
