A delicious and healthy dish featuring chicken fillets stuffed with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket in each chicken fillet and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use chicken breasts for a thicker fillet.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
