Description

A delicious and healthy dish featuring chicken fillets stuffed with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket in each chicken fillet and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
