Description

Delicious and healthy carrot cake bites made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated carrots, almond flour, oats, honey, and applesauce.
  3. Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture.
  6. Place the balls in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
