A delicious and healthy snack made with cauliflower and cheese, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower florets, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Form small bites with the mixture.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
