Crispy and delicious air fryer cauliflower tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and let cool, then mash the cauliflower.
  4. In a bowl, combine mashed cauliflower, cheese, almond flour, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Form the mixture into small tots.
  6. Place the tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
