Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer cauliflower tots.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower head, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain and let cool, then mash the cauliflower.
- In a bowl, combine mashed cauliflower, cheese, almond flour, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small tots.
- Place the tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

- Serve with your favorite dip.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
