Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Roll the coated florets in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce with a little melted butter (optional).
- Toss the cooked wings in the hot sauce mixture before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using milder or hotter sauces.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
